My Generation

So I just finished watching the canceled show that was on ABC titled My Generation.

I was first drawn to watch the show while I was in LA and kept seeing the promotional posters up all over the city. I didn't know what the show was about until my coworker and I were having a conversation about when we graduated from high school and she mentioned how this new show was about the year 2000, the year she graduated from high school. She mentioned how it was a mocumentary about these high school seniors in the year 2000 and how their lives have changed 10 years later present day.

Curious to see how the show would portray "my generation" since I was a high school sophomore/junior in the year 2000. I was delighted to hear songs like The Real Slim Shady and the #1 high school dance song...the Thong Song. It took me back to my days of high school driving around in my Xterra hearing those songs on the radio. I was hooked to story of the characters and found the show entertaining to watch online.
